Hello, I’m Ayumi
I was born and raised in Japan and moved to NY in 2018 to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology where I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and Brand Identity.
I am a highly skilled and experienced designer with a unique combination of design expertise, cultural awareness and strong communication skills. My background in Japan and my experience in New York have given me a unique perspective on design, which I have honed as a freelance designer working mainly with independent brands and artists.
I am particularly interested in the differences between Japanese and American package design, and I believe my experiences in both countries will be an asset in my future design work.
